ARE we Independent????

India achievd swaraj, but Y aftr 64 years of Independence we hav not achieved poorna swaraj?? Pre 1991 era to post 1991 era this country is ruthlesslylooted by its policymaker’s so called leaders of India till today.

who says  we r independent, we r slave of our own.  And this is more torturous then British rule bcz here in this condition  ppl dies every day and survive everytime, and then their life is like a hell … they are  so called common man of India… they are most vulnerable to this epedimic called CORRPTION in INdia.. Victimsed.cheated, misused by every plotical parties...!!! 

 we are living in this era of family despotism  of politics, we are slave of our own.  From state to center who holds pwr tries to make way out for their kin. Bloody politics is the root cause of Corruption.  

our leaders  BREED corruptions… They promote Corruptions, and they protect corruptions.  Civil servants and other officials are just the tool tainted by the politicians… tHESE politicians alwaz play with emotions of masses, they make them fool with their idelogy bt all are one when they see smthng against politician... 

If they are not y not LOKPAL…???

BHARAT needs JANLOKPAL!!!!  WHERE IS THE LAWMAKER;S!!!!!!!!!!!!????? at the time of election u make loads of promises, where are you nw IF you say u r true nationalist, cm and join hands WITH  this voice of YOUTH, who is supporting the cause of masses !!! support them... घसीट  कर  फेकना है उस हथेली  जान  को ,

अपने को भी नही बख्शते कैसा ये इंसान है !!

रास्ता  दिखाइए,  मेरे हम्नवा अब तो कारवां बनाइए!!

India has Won the Quarter final After Defeating 3 Time Consecutive champioon Australlia, but now  coming after the field of Indian cricket to Indian society where we are struggling to bat, unable to stop the ball and balling is really pathetic. We are fed up from this recent tendency and unexpected increse in number of scam, red taism is creating the unnecsseary hurdles in the pathway of good governance. Neexus between criminals, politicians and Bureaucrats must be removed to attain the mewaning of Indian democracy.

Pope john Paul II has said-“When freedom does not have a purpose, when it does not wish to know anything about the rule of law engraved in the hearts of men and women, when it does not listen to the voice of conscience, it turns against humanity and society.

 India’s remarkable rise in recent years notwithstanding, a controversy now roiling the country is a metaphor for the civic and institutional degeneration that continues to cloud its prospects to join the ranks of the developed democracies but the sad on the part is that criminal injustice system clearly failed the to protect vulnerable and traumatized people who are the victim of rapes, molestations and police atrocities. Especially dispiriting is firstly just how many individuals and institutions that could and should have protected the rape victims went instead with the flow; and secondly how instantly credible the sad saga is in modern India.

Therefore I must say why is a person whose child is raped murdered not able to prosecute the real offender, who is power holder and politically connected?

Why did DGP Rathore walk free when that girl Ruchika died, and case was closed?

Why Jessica lal’s murder was are almost let off?

Why does this happen over and over again in India?

Not because of failure of an act or judiciary act but because civil society is silent and we have allowed our criminal justice system to die. That’s the real problem that is the cause one of the causes for failure of law and order, system, & increased in corruption in india.  The weak and under privilege are always under the jackboot of the law where there is no law for the mighty.

Survival of the common people and their livelihood has challenged the meaning of democratic and welfare features of the Indian system. My ear has puffed away after hearing the number of scam in the country. From the grass root level to the top of the central ministry corruption has thrilled the system. And raised the big question mark on self-governing values of our country and its justice system.  If we consider the views of layman (poor and illiterate person) of this country, then according to them “Criminal, Bureaucrats and politician nexus has tickled the system in the negative direction, and People like A.RAJA are the result of this phenomenon”

Now 1^st understand what is the meaning of nexus between bureaucrats, politicians and Criminals, it means in simple terms union for violation of law, increasing crime rates, rise in corruption and leading a state to the autocratic position. In our country we have quasi federal model of government but government is not able to fulfill its real meaning and essence of constitutional conscience has violated and therefore it is the DEATH OF CONSTITUTIONALISM IN INDIA..

“As long as I have any choice, I will stay only in a country where political liberty, toleration, and equality of all citizens before the law are the rule.” – Albert Einstein

But this rule of law is under threat in the country where first seeds of ancient republic was sown, crop of the civilization were developed and ancient concept of natural law was implemented in the society by the social contract theory. India is the land where seeds of Democracy were cultivated first. But today in this 21^st century when India is emerging as Global power, World most developed and powerful countries like USA is saying “India is not a developing nation, India has already developed” but the grass root level reality is that we are struggling to curb our internal affairs. We proclaim we are the largest democracy in the world but we don’t care for the protection of democracy throughout the world. We say we are the power bloc in Asia but we don’t care to protect gross violation of human Rights in our neighboring countries.

Our nation does not have a time for good things, everything is like a dream in this utopian society, we are suffering with internal disease which is difficult to curb “politicians and criminal nexus”, nexus between “criminal and police”, “police and criminals” and these three and their nexus is big impediment in the rule of law and thus destroying the concept of good governance in the land where “lord Rama is known for his dignity, where Raja Harish Chandra is known for his truth, Where epic and Vedas, Upanishads and every religious text of different religion give the message of character building, moral and ethical behavior, but we are seeing the sunset of morality, cultural values in this geographical land of ideas due to which there is rise in huge Corruption, Big scams, failure of government machinery at all level and rule of law in under intimidation.

Its very painful to say that :-

bap bech deta hai beti ko es garibi mein,

julam sahti hai bechari, garibi ke bar mein,

aur matayein patthar torti hai noyada ke park mein,

ab jhopri ke bhukh  aur neta afsar saanthgath ke virudh aandolan chahiye!!!

How to ensure justice for Indian Farmers

In our country, situation of farmers is really miserable. They are committing suicide because they don't have money to clear their debt,their survival is in danger because of failuure of goverment machinery and thus  its difficult for them to cope with natural hazards. They are the victim of drought, unseasonal rain and badly affected by flood like areas of north Bihar.
Out of 70% population of India living in villages, most of them are directly or indirectly related with agriculture. But today we see their is drastic fall in the production of grains in the country. We increased the production by using fertilizers and high yeilding variety of crops but still we are not able to secure FOOD SECURITY for our civilians. According to the survey by a world famous organisation that if the same consumption pattern as practice by USA will continue we will need two earth to satisfy the consumption needs of the whole world by 2020.
But farmers sad response towards agriculture are cause of worry and it is beacuse their is no provision or facilities for them at grass root level. If the farmer in villages produce something they don't get the genuine price of their crop, similarly rural market is not having the capicity to consume their products by giving them the good price, and its difficult to bring their products in the town and cities by every farmer.
So the prolem is that how to achieve justice for farmers when they are is crisis for their survival to continue their occupation. Small and marginal Farmers are migrating to the cities for new job alternatives in this decade. So to ensure justice for the farmers government must come with the bill in which their protection against natural calamities must be protected. Crop should be insured and government shop should function well in every Block or Talukas of the country. Their should be provision made for reservation and admission of farmers children in good school and collages of the country for better and quality eduacation. And enhancing rural econmy will create the difference to achive the justice for farmers.
Therfore we need at this point of time even a single political leader like Lal Bahadur Shastri who can care for the farmer and interprate JAI KISAN with changing needs of the farmers and can do something to protect the old glory,respect and better condition for  farmers in this agrarian form of Economy.

Women struggling hard for their empowerment

Recently,I was reading the newspaper article in which one word struck deeply in my mind women are considered as the subject of "objectification" in this globalised world. I start wondering that how woman can be  considered as "object". After thinking and thinking I came with the conclusion yes in this globalised world woman are considered as the Object. Take the example, while launching a new car you will see woman model are standing behind and posing for that brand. In every corporate house a beautiful lady is there to welcome you at the reception, this is the objectification which shows our method has changed but that mentality and old customary thought  "patriarchial" form of society still existing in our society but now a days it is there in a sophisticated manner.

Empowerment means empowering someone socially, politically, economically, emotionally, and most important is  educationally. In India today we observe and notices that in every competitive exam, women are doing excellent, their sucess rate is far better than boys. They are touching the zenith of sucess and changing the scenerio of old indian mentality that consider woman are subject to be house wifes they look beautiful in the kitchen doing breast feading to their children and cutting vegetables instead of sitting in Ofiice and working with files.
But today the situation has changed and girls are coming with fantastic performance in comaparison with boys in the premier institution of India. At one part we can see the change in the mentality of people who are promoting their girl child, providing them all means for a better education and empowerment On the other hand still in Rural India people consider the birth of girl child in the family as a sin.
Sometime even girl is not indulge in love affairs but their name has been hyped and attached with someone. In that condition their parents in sake of their Honour, force their daughter to leave the eduaction and sit in the house beacuse they worry for their self Honour and not for the EMPOWERMENT of their girl child. Instead of finding the real truth and punishing that boy, that girl is punished by leaving her education. So where is the change in the society it looks contradictory for this 21st century.
Domestic Violance is common with house wife because those poor ladies are legally illiterate their husband and their family members torture and physically exploit them. Dowry death is still in the society. Female foeticide is at large in the state like Haryana, Rajasthan and Bihar. So, to curb these atrocities against the women the role of State Woman Right Comission should be increased and government should promote awareness in those rural areas where people still living in the 15th and 16th century. Today women should be seen with respect not because they are weak but because they are your sister, mother, and wife and they deserve respect by their great act by performing well in differeni dimensions of life. They work hard and do their every work dilligently and properly to achieve their end goal effectively.
Therfore our old traditional menatlity should be changed and new should be adopted by every Indian then women empoerment in real sense will take palce and instead of Tulsidas saying from ramcharitmanas 'Dhol Gawar Shudra Pasu NARI sakal tarna ke adhikari' we will say and whole socity will say

"Chardiwari thi teri sima kal tak,

Aaj antriksh se lekar uttari dhruv tak mahilaye pahuch rahin hai...

Apne parishrama aur baudhik kshamta se,

Bramahand pe jake etihas badal rahi hai...

Nari tum ho shraddha ki rup,

Jeevan sundar jiya karo,

Amrit hai tera srota,

Piyush ban kar baha karo..
